Desktop support analyst’s develop strategies and systems to improve and coordinate desktop support efforts and provide technical help for users of an organization They respond to inquiries, evaluate and resolve issues related to IT equipment and applications, provide technical care for any aspect of the information systems unit, handle routine and basic technical issues, troubleshoot and offer viable solutions to various hardware and software problems.
